​What is forest bathing?

"Forest bathing" is to bathe your body and mind in the forest (nature). Guided by a professional certified forest bathing guide, you can fully immerse your senses in nature, feel the invitation of nature, and slow down your pace.

Forest bathing allows participants to relax physically and mentally, improve mental health and connect with nature.

In September this year, a group of forest bathing guides certified by the "Association for Nature and Forest Therapy" sincerely opens the door to nature for you. You are invited to walk into nature and participate in this event, and let nature be your healer .
