Raindrop is a certificated Forest bathing guide who combines a barefoot and meditation experience to facilitate a healing experience in nature.

She herself found stress-relief and mental health benefits through forest bathing back whilst working in high-pressured environments as a wedding and event planning for 18 years. Because of this, Raindrop is passionate about promoting the mental and physical benefits of forest bathing to the wider public and expanding access to nature in Hong Kong.
