  • The Organiser uses the Stripe payment system to process online payments to provide supporters with the best protection.

We value the high level of trust placed in us by the public. The Organiser  firmly protects the environment and is committed to protecting your privacy. To ensure that you can make an informed decision and feel comfortable providing personal data to the host, we use this notice to outline how the host collects and uses your personal data, and the choices you can make.

  • To process and manage your event participation or sponsorship, electronic newsletter subscriptions, volunteer projects;

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database when the conference conducts projects and activities;

  • To contact you about the latest news about the Organiser's program;

  • To contact you about your volunteering projects;

  • Assist in improving the website, education and activities through data and other analysis, so as to enhance the quality of the Organiser's programs and related services;

  • Modify the content and/or design of our website;

  • Provide information to the service provider of the conference when the Organiser is the sole user of the service and in compliance with this policy;

  • Use your data as required or permitted by law or regulation, or requested by a government agency, for the protection of persons or property, or to exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims;

  • Subject to the above purposes, you may receive emails, letters, phone calls, text messages, messaging applications or be contacted by other means

The Organiser reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee for providing your personal data that is legally kept by the Organiser .

If the Organiser makes any changes to this privacy policy, the Organiser will post a notice on the main website and other applicable channels to let you know about the information collected by the Organiser , how the Organiser will use the information, and the circumstances under which it will be disclosed information (if applicable). The Organiser may notify those who have registered to receive newsletters from the Club by e-mail about changes to the Privacy Policy. The General Assembly recommends that you regularly visit our website for changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to the changes to this Privacy Policy, we recommend that you opt out of receiving communications from the Congress, or contact us to request deletion of your personal data.
