Since 2017, Amanda has been promoting forest therapy in Hong Kong and has since conducted over 350 sessions for companies, NGOs, educational institutions, offering a variety of programs, professional training and community awareness raising.

Raindrop (Iris) ~ Manroot

Founder of Manroot. Raindrop is a ANFT certificated Forest bathing guide who combines a barefoot and meditation experience to facilitate a healing experience in nature.

She herself found stress-relief and mental health benefits through forest bathing back whilst working in high-pressured environments as a wedding and event planning for 18 years. Because of this, Raindrop is passionate about promoting the mental and physical benefits of forest bathing to the wider public and expanding access to nature in Hong Kong.

By holding this "Forest Bathing Fest" to gather more forest bathing guides to jointly bring more forest bathing experiences to the public, and at the same time raise the public's attention to physical and mental health.

Lawrence ~ Body Nature Mind

Used to be flight attendant, then, civil servant, kept asking myself who I wanna be.

Finally, decided to quit and follow my passion. Building up community and focus on wellness of body and mind.

Being Animal flow, Yoga Instructor, ANFT Certified Forest Bathing Guide, always believe in the power of Nature to reconnect ourselves and the communities around us.

Being a guide to me is to open a door, create the space and show you the path to our Mother Earth and our heart.

Looking forward to seeing you in nature.
