Meeting time and place: 3:50pm at the street sign next to the beach bus stop at Chung Hom Kok
 
Deadline for registration: September 20, 2022 at 5:00 pm
(If the number of people is less than 2, the activity will be cancelled, and participants will be notified individually and a full refund will be given)

The sea healing activities will include dynamic and static activities. I hope everyone can trust the ocean with peace of mind, believe in the power of nature, and let the ocean heal your mind, let go of your worries and live comfortably.
 
⚠️Please note the following ⚠️
1. Wear comfortable sports clothes and prepare sunscreen clothing 
2. The feet have the opportunity to contact the sea water, and they will reach the calf position. If necessary, prepare clothes that can be picked up at the trousers.
3. You don’t need to soak your whole body on that day, but if you like the sea and want to get closer to the sea, you can also prepare a swimsuit
4. You can choose to bring a yoga mat, or replace it with a large towel or a beach mat
5. Bring a change of clothing if necessary
6. Please bring enough drinking water
7. Please bring enough sunscreen, mosquitoes are afraid of water
8. Other sunscreen items (for reference):
Cover, cap, sunglasses, sun protection sleeves

  • 1. Please pay attention to the Whatsapp notice before departure.

    2. To ensure the smooth running of the activity, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the activity.

    3. It is recommended to bring only the personal belongings necessary for the activity, and avoid carrying too much.

    4. Prepare enough drinking water and eat before departure.

    5. Please prepare personal sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

    6. The activity is held outdoors, please wear appropriate clothing and shoes.

    7. If you need to leave midway, please communicate with the guide first.

    8. During the event, the conference may take back/side photos for record and publicity.

    9. During the course of the event, it will be carried out according to the epidemic prevention requirements at that time, please cooperate.

    10. If you are diagnosed or have been in close contact 7 days before the event, please contact the conference as soon as possible.

  • 1. If you participate in the in-person sea healing experience activity, each person is HK$300.

    2. If the event will be changed to online due to epidemic prevention restrictions or inclement weather, it will not be cancelled.

    3. If the event is changed to an online event, the conference will refund $150 per person within 21 days.

    4. If you are diagnosed 7 days before the event, please notify and submit a certificate before the event. The balance will be refunded within 21 days after deducting 10% of the administrative fee.

    5. Once the payment is confirmed, if a refund is required for various reasons (except diagnosis), the balance will be refunded within 21 days after deducting 30% of the administrative fee.

    6.  If you need a refund, please notify before 6:00 on the day before the event at the latest (email/Whatsapp is accepted, messenger is not accepted), no refund will be given for late notification.
