Venue: Online (with Google Meet) Please find an outdoor natural space where you feel comfortable
Age of participants: 16 years old and above
Fee: HK$150 per person
*Event will be conducted in Cantonese*
 
Deadline for registration: September 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm
(If the number of participants is insufficient, the event will be cancelled, and participants will be notified individually and a full refund will be issued)
Your guide: Weeds-one's heart
 
In the afternoon of the Mid-Autumn Festival, give yourself two and a half hours to find a natural space you like and reunite with yourself.
I invite you to take good care of yourself and enjoy me time in nature
 
Please read all the instructions and policies carefully. After confirming the registration, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the relevant arrangements.
 

Forest Bathing September 10th Mid-Autumn Festival Online

  • 1. Participants are encouraged to choose an outdoor environment where they can get in touch with nature for online forest bathing. Since the weather can be hot, also look for a shaded place ideally.

    2. You can start entering Google Meet 5 minutes before the event.

    3.  Please be on time, if the activity has already started when you enter, please keep quiet and listen to the guidance of the forest bathing guide.

    4. Turn on the lens as much as possible during the process.

    5. Do not record or shoot.

    6. If you go outdoors, please bring enough mobile power supply and pay attention to environmental signals.

  • 1. If you participate in the in-person forest bathing experience activity, each person is HK$300.

    2. If the event will be changed to online due to epidemic prevention restrictions or inclement weather, it will not be cancelled.

    3. If the event is changed to an online event, the conference will refund $150 per person within 21 days.

    4. If you are diagnosed 7 days before the event, please notify and submit a certificate before the event. The balance will be refunded within 21 days after deducting 10% of the administrative fee.

    5. Once the payment is confirmed, if a refund is required for various reasons (except diagnosis), the balance will be refunded within 21 days after deducting 30% of the administrative fee.

    6. If you need a refund, please notify before 6:00 pm the day before the event at the latest (email/Whatsapp is accepted, Messenger is not accepted), no refund will be given for late notification.
